The Experience

As you work with the breath, you may notice sensations such as tingling in the hands or face, changes in body temperature, lightness, emotional release, or waves of deep calm. These responses are normal and occur as the breathing patterns shift oxygen and carbon dioxide levels in the body and activate the nervous system.  

Periods of breath holds are used throughout the session to support nervous system reset, improve breath awareness, and deepen the effects of the practice.

Many people leave feeling noticeably calmer, mentally clearer, and more connected to themselves, often gaining fresh perspective on patterns, beliefs, or challenges they have been carrying.

A ritual just for you. If you reach the end of the weekend exhausted after making magic for everyone else, this is your chance to pause and prioritise yourself for one hour each week.

  • A short introduction explaining how the session will work and how breathwork affects the nervous system.
