For a powerful and deeply transformative breathwork experience, designed to help you release emotions, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.
If you’ve been living in survival mode, feeling overwhelmed, numb, disconnected, or weighed down by grief, emotional tension, or creative blocks, this session offers a supportive space to pause and explore what your body has been holding.
This work is not about fixing yourself. It is about creating enough safety for regulation and release to unfold naturally.
Â
About the Experience
Through conscious, science-backed breathwork, we gently support the nervous system to shift out of fight, flight, or freeze. Guided by experienced, trauma-informed facilitators, you will be held in a safe, supportive space where choice and consent are prioritised throughout. This is suitable for begginners or anyone curious about breathwork.
Â
What to Expect
• Grounding and nervous system settling
• Guided transformational breathwork with support throughout
• Space for rest and integration
• Gentle close
You remain in control at all times and may slow, pause, or rest whenever needed.
Possible Outcomes
Every experience is unique. Many people leave feeling:
• More regulated and grounded
• Clearer and more present
• Less tension held in the body
• Emotionally softened or released
• More connected to themselves
Some shifts are felt immediately, others continue to unfold over time.
