Why my approach is different?

Breathwork is powerful.

When held well, it creates profound and lasting change. When held poorly, it can overwhelm the nervous system. My work is grounded in ethics, training, and responsibility.

As a former lawyer with three degrees, safety and credibility are foundational. I am extensively trained, internationally accredited, and committed to consent-led facilitation. What this means for you:

  • Nervous system safety is prioritised
  • You are never pushed beyond your capacity
  • Preparation and integration are built in
  • Grief and trauma are approached with skill and care

My Story

Hi, I'm Priyanka

After my daughter Lily died at just ten months old, I was broken. I did all the right things to move through my grief, yet something in me was still shut down. A chance encounter with breathwork changed that. I discovered that healing does not only happen in the mind. It happens in the body.

Breathwork helped me release years of guilt, blame, shame and trauma. It completely transformed my life. Joy crept in, limiting beliefs were rewired, and the light came back. 

What began as personal healing has grown into a carefully held space for women navigating not just grief, but also everyday overwhelm and the invisible weight of responsibility.

As a former lawyer, ethics guide everything I do

After my own experiences, I saw a gap in science-backed, somatic breathwork that is responsibly facilitated. This is the foundation of every session I held.

I am extensively trained, accredited with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, hold three degrees, and am qualified in body-based healing.
