For $100 more than a single session, you receive structured daily support that extends the work beyond one experience and builds real nervous system capacity.

A waiver will be required prior to your session.
If you have any contraindications, your session will be adapted with a safe and appropriate breathing approach to ensure you are fully supported.



How to Book + What Happens Next

Step 1 — Secure your session
Choose your preferred option and complete payment to secure your private session.

Step 2 — Book your time
You’ll then be guided to my calendar to select a time that suits you. If it doesn’t load immediately, a booking link will also be sent via email.

Typical availability
Tuesday and Thursday daytime, with evening and weekend options available via agreement.

Step 3 — Personalised preparation
Once booked, you’ll receive simple preparation guidance so you feel supported and ready.

Step 4 — Your session
We meet for your 1 hour 45 minute private session, held online or in person. The experience is guided, responsive, and tailored to your nervous system.

Step 5 — Integration support
After your session, you’ll receive integration guidance to help stabilise and deepen the shift.
