1. Contraindications. 
This session includes guided breathwork that may create strong physical and emotional responses. Participation is voluntary and you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing.

By booking and attending, you confirm that you are not pregnant and do not have epilepsy or seizure disorders, unmanaged heart conditions, COPD, glaucoma, retinal detachment, recent major surgery, serious blood pressure conditions, severe respiratory illness, schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar disorder, manic disorders, unmanaged PTSD, or severe dissociation.

You agree to inform the facilitators before the session if you have any relevant medical or psychological conditions that may affect your participation.

A contraindication waiver must be completed before participation.
