3. Resetting

Nervous System Regulation Tools

Discover simple, science-backed techniques to bring your body out of fight-or-flight and back into calm, whenever you feel triggered or overwhelmed.

4. Integrating

Reflection

Use guided reflection to reframe old patterns, create new meanings and next steps to support your nervous system to return to calm with more ease.

 5. Closing

Closing Breathwork

You’ll close with a guided reflection and journal practice designed to help you notice what’s shifted, and what your body might be asking for next.

“Change begins when you create space for it.”

My Story

After my daughter Lily died at just ten months old, I spent years moving through the rawness of grief. I wasn’t just emotionally shattered. I was physically shut down. I did all the “right” things - therapy, talking, exercising- but something was still stuck. Eventually, I discovered what no one had ever taught me: that healing doesn’t only happen in the mind. It happens in the body.

Through a chance transformative breathwork encounter, everything changed. I discovered nervous system regulation and the power of breath to release the guilt, shame, and trauma that had kept me in survival mode. I found a way to feel safe in my body, to soften and eventually to rebuild.

Now, I’m here to share what I’ve learned. Not from a place of having it all figured out, but from walking this path myself. Over 50,000 people now follow my work, and I’m honoured to be part of a growing conversation about what embodied grief healing can truly look like.
