This course uses a very gentle style of breathwork. It is calming, down regulating, and designed to settle your system rather than activate it. You may feel light activation at times, but it stays soft, steady, and accessible.
In this course we are not entering the deeper emotional release, rewiring work, or the big somatic clearings that happen in a full transformational session. Think of this as a gentle micro dose of that work.
The breath helps your brain shift into a slightly slower, more receptive state so you can soften tension and let go of old patterns without overwhelm. The simple connected rhythm supports the release of everyday stress and the emotional energy your body has been carrying. And by moving between small waves of activation and rest, your nervous system slowly expands its window of tolerance in a way that feels safe and manageable.
